Ruben was very attentive, professional and adviced me better options as I was planning my wedding on my own. The same day of the event, I needed extra chairs and linens and he delivered on time. I highly recommend Ruben and his team for party rentals.

Daniela was communicative and helpful from the start. Delivery and pick-up of the chairs were prompt and efficient. Ruben was kind and communicated well with me throughout the weekend of our event as well. Not to mention the chairs were pristine – we ordered 85 of the padded white chairs. They looked beautiful for our rustic wedding. I would definitely recommend and use them again for another event!

Unfortunately, this company has very poor communication skills and I will never again use them. I wanted to rent folding chairs. I was told they had folding chairs but delivery would be a problem because they were booked. I was asked to text them when what exactly I needed and my email. I said over the phone that I would arrange to pick up the chairs and was told that took care of the issue. I sent the text message and 1 1/2 hours later I received a reply that they did not have the folding chairs. This was at 4:45 p.m. as I am leaving work so I did not have time to call anyone else to find chairs. The text message said they had different chairs. I called and confirmed the different chairs within 30 minutes. The next day I called again and confirmed the chairs. She counted the amount of chairs I needed while we were on the phone and I said I would be there in an hour. I arrive only to find that AGAIN she didn’t have the chairs and would be giving me different ones. She claimed she told me over the phone that she had to make sure she could rent them out. That is absolutely not true. I got numerous excuses about needed to confirm other orders before renting out equipment but she waited TWICE on telling me that and led me believe I was getting exactly what I ordered. I do not like the way this company does business at all and do not recommend.

Ruben was an excellent coordinator, he helped us a lot with the rent for tables decoration. We rent everything for the wedding, chairs, tables, centerpieces, and everything was excellent quality, good prices, and above all the help that Ruben gave us. He was very patient and understood our idea to set up everything for this special day. Definitely, i will use party u rental services again in my future events.
