Pet Supermarket – Now Open

Other pet stores could learn from Pet Supermarket how it is done correctly.

I got 4 fish yesterday for my daughter and 3 fish out of the 4 died. As it states on the receipt I have 7 days to rerun the fish if they die. They wouldn’t exchange the fish even with the receipt in hand. Very rude young man. I’ve been a customer here for 19 years. I will no longer shop at any Pet Supermarket again. Very disappointed I give them no stars.

I love the self-wash areas because they are calm and spacious. My big puppy and I felt safe and comfortable. Pet Supermarket has great deals as well!

This is one of they’re better locations. I’m closer to the Pembroke Pines location but I’ll drive out the extra couple miles. I’m in love with they’re self dog wash station. I used it for the first time today and let me just say it’s so convenient! I just wish the staff was a little bit more friendly and helpful.

Newly opened in new larger location in the same plaza. The store is bright, clean, well stocked and organized. Great selection of products for all types of pets.
