Phenomenom Nitrogen Ice Cream & Bake Shop

Trash! I would drive from East Fort Lauderdale to come here JUST for the cookies. I don’t know what changed but they are NOT the same!!! They’re flat, they’re not cooked right, they do not taste the same, they’re like overcooked on the outside and the must’ve changed the recipe because they were never flat. The chocolate looking one used to be a chocolate chip base with M&M’s Oreos and everything and that clearly has also changed. The woman at the counter was also rude. I opened the box before I walked away from the counter and looked at the cookies and said to her that they looked burnt and they looked different and she gave me an attitude and said that’s the way they make them. I will NEVER be back. Don’t waste your money here.

Great little place to go to for nitrogen ice cream. All the flavors are delicious and the texture is very creamy. The cookies are amazing! Love to get the Sundae of a cookie topped with your choice of ice cream flavor .

I love ice cream and I came to this shop to particularly try the Nitrogen ice cream which has been all the rage for a while now.

The ice cream is pretty affordable all things considered and since they are using Nitrogen to cool it, its texture is much smoother and creamier.

The staff are great and work fast to serve customers. The spacing inside or outside is a bit limited in my view so it is best to takeout your ice cream once you buy it.

The liquid nitrogen process makes the ice cream really smooth. After ordering, a mixing bowl is placed in a mixer behind a glass screen so you can see your order turn from liquid to ice cream!

The staff were very patient and helpful.
