I ruptured my bicep tendon at work on November 4th. Dr. Cummings performed the surgery to reattach the tendon. He was very professional and explained everything in detail of what to expect. It has been 3 and a half weeks since the surgery and everything seems to be going well. I’m out of the splint and cast and into a post op elbow brace. I highly recommend Orthopedic Center of South Florida.

Thank you Dr Cummings and staff. If I could give ten stars I would … I believe he is one of the greatest in his specialty , and offers knowledgeable advice for his patients…he is the doctor to see if you’re experiencing issues with hand/arms. I suffered for quite some time myself. Until meeting doctor Cummings.

Dr Cummings helped my father with both his hand and elbow. He was so very nice to my father who has been sick for a while (with other medical issues) . I really appreciate this doctor being so caring toward my family and I. I strongly recommend this physician without a doubt.

A single star is too much for the so called “Dr. Cummings”. The experience was stressful and bewildering. He is a mean, nasty, insensitive, uncouth human being. Unsure that he is even worthy of the title “human” since his behavior was comparable to that of a wild animal. Nobody should have to leave a doctor’s office, in tears because of how poorly they were treated. He is supposed to be a professional, is the verbal and emotional abuse necessary? He was also very fidgety and restless, his behavior altogether almost made it seem like he might have some mental issue going on. I cannot believe somebody like this is allowed to practice, so they’re just letting anybody be doctors nowadays? He should seek counseling, speak to someone. Howard University is such a prestigious institution he is poorly representing it. I’m not sure what is going on but that kind of behavior is not safe, and regular people should not be treated under these circumstances. I am looking into how I could report him to the board, I am truly concerned that he is out of control, I do not advise anybody to see him. It was an awkward, uncomfortable, experience. I am not making this up please avoid seeing this individual, they are hardly worthy of the title “doctor”This is taken from a visit that occurred the 06/2019.

Dr. Cummings is a consummate professional and one of the most skilled hand surgeons in Florida. His staff is outstanding, friendly, and professional! The Orthopedic Center has many great doctors, therapist, and staff. Even the office personnel are awesome and amazing. I was very fortunate to obtain his services especially during the holidays and very happy with the outcome of my treatment and surgery. Thank you for taking great care of me Dr. Cummings and his staff!!!
