Plantation Meadows

They were nice apartment rooms, but we had a few issues. We had appliances that didnt work, leak in the bathroom, a hot water issue and a small bug issue. I do have to say that they did rectify most of the issues in a timely manner.

Mr Felipe i have been a resident at C155 and Mr Felipe has been very professional when ever has come ta take care of maintenance issues . he has fixed everything promptly . He has made my stay here conferrable , I give him five stars .

Before you move in check for rats, not mice RATS. Management know they are there put will not tell you. It’s nasty outside compared to Del Oro. Just be careful especially if you have younger kids.

The worst place i ever lived since i moved to plantation 10 years ago. Water rate here is Super HIGH. The people next door to me are loud i can’t even get to relax and study in my own apartment without them making noise. I reported it to the office many times and they did nothing about it because the noise still continues. I can’t wait untill my time is up in May i would not recommend anyone to live here.

Do not move here please! Do not make the same mistake I did. I have full time employment and pay my rent on time every time. Here are some complaints I have and my neighbors (I am friends with three of them, have the same complaints)

1. Some of my windows don’t open, others don’t close. I can’t keep the 96 degree Florida heat out of my house but I fell lucky because my neighbors complained so they nailed their windows shut (Fire Hazard)

2. My neighbors and I all have leaky plumbing (Some extremely bad) the office has never sent a plumber.

3. I complained about the above issues so they sent a three day eviction notice in retaliation saying I failed to pay rent. This was (6) days after they deposited the rent check into their account (Not 6 days after delivery of rent; 6 days after they deposited it!) (Per Chase Bank)

4. They stole a door mat and (2) potted plants from my front door (Worth 50$). That’s right they took it with out my permission and told me that next time I had a door mat they would charge me a 50$ “Trash Removal Fee” to throw my door mat away. (This harassment began after I stared complaining about windows and plumbing.

On the plus side there is plenty of parking and the pool would look nice if there weren’t teenagers drinking, smoking and yelling in it all night.
