Lots of trainers to choose from. all equipment you need. Convenient and great people. time to get in shape, this is the place .

Definitely love the vibe of the gym. Its hard to go workout in gyms when you aren’t comfortable but this gym was very welcoming and not intimidating.

Great gym and awesome coaches. The place is well kept and has a clean shower room/bathroom. The coaches are very motivating. They make sure you do the right thing

Well I waited to put the review because I wanted to be here a month before I’ll say anything!
Well I broke any record I had and it’s just because of the high level of the coaches in this facility! Heidy the owner will always correct you and those little comments make a big deference for me!
I master many new movements in such short time and it is all because of the experience of the coaches.
The facility is at the highest level that you can find, they have anything you can think of and more, they have kids program that is top notch as well!
