This company is the same management company that I rented a property from in Baltimore. I’ve been a renter for 12+ years and I have NEVER had as negative of an experience as I did with PMC. They are only interested in getting you to rent their property, but not concerned about making sure you have a positive experience. I called their corporate office to speak to one of their managers, and their receptionist hung up on me after refusing to provide the name of a manager whom I could talk to. Please don’t waste your time or money!
