Left Bank of America a few years ago over terrible customer service and have been very happy with PNC ever since. The entire staff at this location has always been very friendly and helpful on the occasions that I have gone into the lobby, but the online app is very easy to use as well. Recently went into the lobby a few times to do a few transactions and found Tracy Shim eager to assist and was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend PNC Bank and this Plantation branch.

Only the branch manager can open business accounts according to the staff here and she doesn’t come in on weekends. Useless bank.

Manager won’t deposit my own money order that I ‘d like to refund. Because it could be at risk of double cashed. Now I have a useless money order, and a useless bank. Apparently my credit card and checking account with PNC means nothing to them. The manager said she was sorry. But I don’t think she was.
