Always a good experience BUT during this time when places are drive thru only this store is EXCELLING… The wait is less than 5 mins from order to pick up window. All the others (McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco bell) have lines around the building. Great job to the whole staff. Thank you for being open

The food is really good. But it also depends on who’s making it, and just make sure your order is correct before you leave

I’ve eaten in differents Pollo Tropical and I really like this location; they prepare a really good chicken, very juicy and good flavor. Not wings burned or dry like the others

Cleanliness: The building is kept up, not always super clean but considering the volume of people that come and in and out – – it’s fine 6/10

Food: The food is fresh, delicious, and cheap BUT it’s a hit or a miss when it comes to the quality of the chicken, sometimes they’ll give you a freshly grilled chicken and other times you get a dry chorcoal mess – – I always ask for them to replace the chicken if it’s too dry or over cooked and you should too 8/10

Staff: The staff is friendly and attentive. Lacking some training but overall great 9/10

Overall this place is one my favorite spots for grilled chicken. The price is unbelievable: full chicken, rice, beans, bread, and a side of Mac n cheese came out to 16$

The only complaint I have is that there needs to more pork in the tropichop and to change something in the cilantro sauce, it kind of tastes weird. I have been there on more than one occasion so I have a few pictures. Definitely at its price a better alternative to the chipotle near by (which they are very light handed on everything in the bowl).
