Power Sports Academy is the perfect example of true grit. Coach/Owner Jeremy Herring has trained and motivated friends, families, students, and athletes from all different spectrums, and ages, to be the best they can be. Him and his employees have a true knack for being able to progress clients in their training goals and overcome any obstacles, mentally or physically. Coach Herring has an extensive background/education with being a D1 athlete but also training Youth/HS/D1/Professional athletes. His passion goes unmatched and any person that has been able to experience sessions first hand, would agree. If the people and environment in this gym can’t get you to become motivated/fall in love with the grind, there’s no hope. Recommend this gym/coaching to all ages and experience. You will not be disappointed.

I have been training at PSA for about three years now and the facility and people are top notch. They have all the equipment you need for raw powerlifting or strength training. The owner is very knowledgeable and always willing to give advice to help you progress. The other members are all very knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand. If you are a serious athlete and looking for a serious gym this is the place for you. There is no other place to train in south Florida.
