Cuban lady at the front desk of the NEW AVENTURA OFFICE should be banned FOR LIFE from interacting with customer/patients.
And the office do not have any supervisor overseeing the terrible service they are providing.
I wish I could give cero star!!
That would more accurately reflect the reality of this location.

Bad staff.
Bad doctors.
They are in only for the money.

I used to travel to Taft Street to take my mom for office visits to see Dr. Issa, then he moved to Margate and we followed him there. Shortly after he opened the practice in Plantation which is closer to home so we now go to that location. Dr. Issa genuinely cares about his patients, he is very knowledgeable and efficient. Having said this, I have one concern/frustration, it all comes down to customer service. The staff needs to be trained in that area. If the doctor is running behind the front desk staff needs to let the patients coming in know that because every one’s time is valuable. This makes a world of difference that way one has the choice or waiting or rescheduling. Aside from that, for me, they get 4 out of 5 stars. My mom feels very comfortable with Dr. Issa – Super human being.

Love the office. Love the staff. Anywhere you go you have to wait that is normal. Be nice to the staff and they will be nice to you

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not necessarily from the people but more in regards to the facts that since I have switched to a doctor under Primary Care Physicians EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL, I wait over 10-20 minutes just to talk to someone. I just waited for 30 minutes!!! And still no one has answered. What’s worse, is this was in regard to something they still haven’t sent me… A correction to a prescription they were supposed to send me over 12 days ago. I don’t know what’s going on but if you’re considering working with this business call for yourself and watch how long you wait… But really just don’t bother, I’m switching to a better place of care.
