Primary Care Physicians of Florida

I’ve been seeing the same doctor for 16 years and love her and her staff has always been super responsive in the past. She recently moved to the PCP medical office in Plantation and what a horrible experience since. The staff are non-responsive. I’ve left messages per the automated system at least 4 times with no response. Ever. Then insisted on speaking to a person to be left on hold for 20+ minutes and routed to a voicemail box, where yet again 2 weeks later and no one responds. Worst physician services I’ve ever seen.

Waited over an hour for my appointment to begin, ended up leaving service was so slow. Front desk couldn’t figure out how to refund my copay. Can’t recommend

It’s sad I have to give this even one star otherwise it would be 0 stars. The worst doctors office I have ever been to. Gave blood two weeks ago still have not received the results been on the phone countless times hours on end. Office staff is horrible practice is horrible stay away from this place.

I went to this location to see Dr Pedro Castenallos for a 10:30 appointment. At about 11:00 I asked the person at the desk how late his appointment is running. She basically told me to sit back down and wait until the nurse called me. So u did despite her rudeness. Half hour later I asked agat different person more pleasant but same result. Finally after being called in by a nurse my wife and I waited another half hour. Finally after having had waited long enough We left. I don’t know who Issa, Moises is never saw him but he is also at this location and his name appears on my BP prescription. After trying to refill it apparently I this Dr refused to allow the refill of a blood pressure prescription? He has also dent me a letter saying that he no longer accepted my insurance. And I have also been billed by him without an explanation. Leaves you wondering, when you see one doctor and another name appears on your prescription what’s going on? I have more questions than answers that I guess won’t be answered. Thanks for nothing, I’m looking for another MD.

Had a wonderful experience in this office. Brought in my mother from another primary and i feel thus far was the best change i could of made for my mother. From the moment that we walked in (i might add got lost getting there) the smiling faces that greeted us very pleasant, very warming, the staff all around very heartfelt as a family will recommend..
