This is the best bootcamp in Broward County! I joined 4 months ago and have lost 30 lbs. Coach Damion’s workouts produce undeniable results. Whether you want to increase strength, endurance, loss fat, tone, or maintain a healthy lifestyle-this is the bootcamp for you! I’m walking proof that this bootcamp works and I’ve met new friends while having fun working out 🙂

Best bootcamp in the Broward area. The coach motivates and pushes u to be the best version of yourself. Very family oriented. Every day is always something new from this coach. U are always motivated to get to the next level. Coach Damion is the best.

I absolutely love going to boot camp! Great workout and wonderful environment… I would recommend prostyle boot camp, to anyone who is determined to lose weight and get fit for life!!
