I have taken many classes. I have enjoyed them all. Great place to go alone, hands on classes or with friends demo classes

We signed up more than 2 months ago and made sure we arrived on time. Publix had so many requests for the class that they opened a second class parallel. They do have a smaller back up kitchen. We were send to the back up kitchen. A bit less comfortable. The chefs who took care of us, Logan and Ken, were not as nice as the primary Chef. Logan was not bad. Ken made me feel like a apprentice Sous-Chef in his Michelin 3-starred restaurant. He got into an argument with me about his burner and truly took me to seconds to walk out the door. We had to pre-cook the fish for the ceviche, as Publix would not let us marinate it raw, as ceviche should be.

Inside of Publix. Demonstration brunch class. Four course meal & beer pairing. Worth the money. Parts of meal were hit or miss depending on personal taste. Take home recipes. Had a great time.
