Publix Super Market at Jacaranda Plaza

They dont honor posted pricing. Terrible spoke withv3 people and they wanted me to wait for someone else. Told them i would resolve with corporate tommorow. I was already in the store for a half hour longer than necessary.

Terrible customer service , very dirty . Worst manager ever , do yourself a favor and go to another store !

Extremely helpful – workers volunteered to check for items in the back. I appreciate their cheerfulness and service.

I go into this Publix to get pull ups there’s a sign in from of the pull ups that clearly says Huggies pull ups but 3 get $9 off plus $3 of digital coupon. Which was last week but they forgot to take the sign off which means Publix has to honor the sale. The customer service cashier Brittany been with Publix since 2011 said catching a attitude sorry we can’t honor this and this wasn’t here yesterday like I put it there really. But she just refused to honor it i told her call a manager which verify that I had all the right items it they were wrong on there part she honored it. But like I complained to the manager about her and she said that’s why she’s not the manager duh cause if she was I doubt it I would of return. How do you work in customer service with such a attitude! But thank God the customer service honored it.
