Lili the manager was the worst. I lost my receipt for a guess belt I bought before covid happened. The belt came apart after 1 week and she did not allow for an exchange plus she had a bad attitude. I’m calling the district manager tomorrow morning.

Convenient location. Good options but often difficult to locate an item if you missed it the first time. Suggestion to anyone shopping here…if you see it and like it, get it. You will not return to find it.

I like shopping at Ross, but I’m not a fan of this Ross in Davie. The Medium and Large shirts are all mixed up. There were a few kids items mixed in the adult section, too. You can’t walk down some isles because merchandise is blocking the walk way.

I usually shop at the Deerfield Beach Ross which is extremely clean and organized.
