For meditating, Sahaja Meditation in Davie is the place to be!! Stress/tension is relieved & you are a new person again. I am speaking from personal experience.

The meditation classes are free, Sahaja meditation is simple and amazing method to balance ourselves. The people on the center is very kind and helpful. I totally recommend it
