Worst business experience of my LIFE working with this hack shop. After a 30 min conversation I told them that I didn’t want to go through with the coverage because what the insurance agent was trying to sell me was some plan that didn’t completely cover me. I only figured that out after 10mins of listening to disclosures. They said no problem, that they wouldn’t process my payment, guess what, they processed anyway. When I called back to make sure it was cancelled they hung-up on me. It wasn’t until they finally mailed me something where I had a phone number that I could call and get someone to cancel the policy that I didn’t want in the first place. The reason I didnt have any contact info or policy number info so someone could help me was because they conveniently had a typo in my email address (which is my first name . last name), interesting that they spelled my name right on this so called policy but spelled it wrong in my email address. Coincidence? maybe. The reality is at that point I thought the policy was cancelled and I wouldn’t know it wasn’t until a month later when I received mail from them. Once I received the mail and called them back to ask them to cancel my policy yet again they had a girl who said her name is Tanja P. who seems to be with retention, if she can’t retain your business then it seems her goal in life is to be as condescending as possible and as difficult to work with as any I’ve ever been in contact with. Her attitude is essentially, your one consumer and you have zero recourse. She proceeded to lie to me about the events that lead up to this point acting like I wasn’t the one on the phone having the actual conversations. At the end of it she basically said you got got your covered for another 2 weeks and your gonna fraudulently pay full freight for coverage you didn’t even want in the first place. Have a great day! 🙂

In addition to all this, after making 1 call to this company that first day, I my cell phone number must have been sold by them because for a month I received 15-30 cold calls a day asking me if I wanted insurance by brokers all over the country. Please don’t do what I did, didn’t call these people once. I’m 35 years old and this was the worst customer service experience of my life.
