Not fancy good service!

So, I live really close to this plaza. I originally got my nails done from them the first time about 9 years ago in 2011. I didn’t love the work but knew 2 of the ladies the owner & an employee (because our sons went to school together and another was my neighbor). Well I went maybe twice in 2011. Never returned. Fast forward to 2020. I really needed my nails done and stopped in and seen same team of ladies but so many years had gone by with me moving away the owner didn’t remember me but my old neighbor did. Anyhow. I get a pedicure and request to have my acrylic nails soaked off and a new overlay applied. The pedicure came out great. However my nails not so much. The owner did my overlay I got a French manicure style and left. I was dissatisfied with the work and see nothing has changed since originally going to them. A day later my middle finger nail starts cracking then the others follow. I go back have them soak off again and reapplied. At no financial charge, however, I was there over an hour. Also, same evening my nails are cracking again. This is unacceptable. Now I have to find somewhere else pay out of pocket AGAIN and I’m not too happy.

I wouldn’t even go back to them EVER again, nor would I ask them to fix these cracking nails.

Stopped in to get a gel manicure because I was looking for a place close to home. They were rude, no one wanted to go my nails this was obvious by they way thru were Speaking to one another. So I finally asked look if you don’t want to do my nails just say so and she basically said yeah no we don’t have time! So needless to say I didn’t get my nails done and I won’t be getting my nails done here I will continue to go to L’Acqua nail salon in plantation and I suggest anyone reading this review go there as well and ask for Tracy.

I’ve been going to this salon for over 10 years. Everyone is friendly and are all good at their jobs. I always get pink & white on the nails. They last for 2-3 weeks without yellowing Pedicures are always wonderful from everyone there. Prices are very reasonable.

I always get excellent service here. Robyn is excellent. She takes her time and does the best French nails I’ve ever had done. I’ve been going on and off to this salon for years. I live in Miami-Dade and don’t mind driving far to get my nails done by Robyn. I went this weekend after getting a horrible dip at Modern Nails in Weston (will never go there again) about two weeks ago. As always, she didn’t rush and did a fantastic job. I got gel French. My daughter had her nails and eyebrows down by Jenny. Jenny also does an amazing job. Every time I go they are nice and joke around making me feel so welcome.
