The girls in car #9 , were great! Super friendly ! They came geared up to work!! I had a few special request and they were very attentive to my needs. With the tough times we are facing, they showed me that they are dilligent about their work! Theyve got a customer in me!!

I tried multiple companies and was not happy until I found signature maids. Car 11 actually cleans your house as apposed to other companies that make it look pretty. They took initiative and jumped right in! Very happy.

This service was not what I expected at all. Despite the amazing reviews that people have said about this service, my experience was terrible. I requested my house to be cleaned before I moved in. It was completely empty and not even furniture present. They did a poor job in cleaning everything in the house except the floors. I had to do a self-cleaning just so I could put my stuff in the cabinets because they did not clean inside. It was very superficial and not thorough. The showers still had soap scum and mold from the previous owners. The empty closets were not vacuumed and dust was inside. There was also dust on the blinds and window sills. They did not clean the entire house. I called three times to speak with a manger and each time they have said they would return my call and I have still not heard anything. I would definitely NOT recommend this service and feel that these reviews are not truly what they say. Whenever I speak to them, they always speak of the reviews gloating about how good they are, rather than help solving the issues.
