I brought my grandma for her 10:30 am appointment. The receptionist lied and claimed we were late and were scheduled for 10:15. She was covering for the doctor as he did not come in at all to the office. After much arguing, moving to another receptionist, and getting scheduled for day that the doctor would also not be present, we were scheduled for another doctor instead.
