Smoothie King

This location is usually really good but didn’t have the best experience today. Woman behind the counter would not substitute an item in the smoothie that I have had no problem doing so before claiming that “it is too expensive” which I had no problem with as I understand with corona virus things are changing. However, the quality and taste of the smoothie itself was the main issue. It tasted really watered down and had no flavor at all which is a first as they are usually really good. Disappointed.

We have been going to this Smoothie King for years. We just had a terrible experience. Yolanda was very rude when I asked her if we could make sure the kids smoothies and immune builder were a little sweet. When I turned away she rolled her eyes and my daughter saw her. How unprofessional. She said we only make it like the recipe. When we got the smoothies they were not as sweet as we would have liked. I went back in and asked to see if she could make them a little sweeter. She advised its the recipe and when I asked her to make it sweeter she said she can’t. I asked for my money back and she said no because we tried it. I am completely disappointed in this experience. I would not advice going here and dealing with Yolanda. I would like the manager or owner to reach out to us to make this right.

The smoothies are great, but as others have reported there is a young girl there who might as well be a robot. No greeting, eye contact, or any sense that she cares about customer service. I thought the first few times maybe she was having a bad day, but this bad attitude is consistent. She makes good smoothies, but I think some guest service training is in order.

My man, Chris & I come here few times a week. He gets The Gladiator with Vanilla protein w/ strawberries or pineapple & I get the Lean 1 vanilla protein comes w/ banana & almonds add blueberries . Really good smoothies 😍

This place is always clean and staff is pleasant.
