Dr Ghandi is a caring doctor, however the front desk receptionist is curt and rude. No compassion at all. Most of these patients are elderly and fighting cancer. Be a little compassionate.

Dr Ghandi : was kind compassionate and took that extra time to extend hope and belief in being Pro-Life. My Mom is 95 and left with More of a will to live! He explained every detail.
Thank you Dr Ghandi for doing what you do.

This is not a cancer treatment facility. My loved one experienced horrible complications from chemotherapy and Chintan Ghandi continued to issue the strong drug without taking symptoms into consideration. Ghandi was more excited to tell my family about his vacation than expressing care to the patient. Seems like Ghandi is only concerned with keeping patients, not healing them.

The waiting is to be expected, and the nurses and phlebotomists all work hard and are wonderful. However, the office manager who sits in front seems so annoyed and curt that many patients discuss her controlling behavior while waiting. The bedside manner of physician can be kind some days, then curt as well. This is understood because he has such a large number of patients booked plus takes walk ins. The experience only sours when dealing with the office manager, and the overall unprofessional subjugative vibe behind the desk. We decided to leave the office, and are now happier with a new physician and staff who are sweet, professional, respectful and most of all, patient when answering the phone and an elderly person is on the line or paying their bill. Remove the meat market tone for happier patients.
