Assisted a friend, but I would lease a storage here if I had to

Nice, clean storage facility. I rent one of the smallest storage spaces available for a decent price.

I been a customer for a long time. The place is clean and organized. The business have the practice to increase the prices now and then.

I have 3 accounts opened a new one was never billed told me would integrate accounts and send Bill as others. They lied was locked out of all accounts. I’ve been with them over 6 years time to shop for a better place.

While on holiday, we needed a storage unit for some of our extra luggage. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us find the best possible locker. The staff at the desk helped with explaining the different units and pricing options.
There was a special on at the time and it worked out to about $50. I am most definitely satisfied with the customer service and priceing of the unit.
Everything was explained and there were no other costs that we didn’t know of before purchasing the unit. I am most satisfied.
Other than the outstanding customer service, the storage unit was clean and the building was in immaculate condition. Air-conditioning was always on and very appreciated. Lighting was great.
I always felt safe as the facilitie had 24 hour cameras and a great front gate where a special code is entered.
Overall I would recommend this specific storage facility over all others due to the fact and opinions mentioned above.

I am just very impressed with Storage Express and their employees. Easily a 5 star establishment.
