Very poor customer service! I had a terrible experience trying to set up a visit. The representative/ “technician” was extremely rude, racist, and ill-mannered. He mocked my accent and complained that I was an immigrant! Absolutely unacceptable. Abusive language should not be tolerated. Customers are the spine of any business and they deserve respect; Sub Zero, I hope you fire whoever it was that would dare to speak this way to a customer. I’m disgusted.
