Lisa Briggs offers 5 star customer service. I explained to Lisa I was in a pinch because the scissor lift that our company owns broke and I needed it for the weekend inventory. It was Friday afternoon when I called and she had the rental scissor lift on my loading dock within a hour and half.

Lisa went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed and as fast as she could get it to me. Every time I have called I have worked with Lisa and it never has been anything but an amazing experience. Thank you again for your sense of urgency when I really needed help you were there Lisa Briggs you are a true customer service leader.
