Sunny lakes new management has to be the best team to ever step foot in Lauderhill. They made sure I was able to stay. Beatriz, Sebastian,Janice, and David have the best customer service you’ll feel at home just stepping in the office. I hope to live here as long as possible.

This property has gone through 4 different management companies in 9 years. I haven’t had much help from office staff on anything. At the end of the you are just another occupied unit. I’ve had an issue with disturbance for years and no one seems to care. I moved here in 2009 and have never received a rent increase for more than $50. This renewal my rent increase was over $250!!!!. I guess out with the old in with the new. I rate this community as uncaring and unreasonable. Best of luck to you all.

Sunny Lake has made some amazing changes from management to maintenance. Beatriz, David, Janice and Sebastian make an awesome team! Alex has maintenance going above and beyond! The grounds look fantastic and the upgrades are awesome. Overall a nice property considering it’s reputation as “The Glen” this change was necessary. Looking forward to many more great years.

Good morning ☀️, The Glen and Sunny Lakes apartments are totally different places. I must say I been living here for 3 years I didn’t have anything nice to say when it was The glen but now that it’s Sunny Lakes Apartments what a improvement it is. They are making our places and community look great. Janice Is amazing what would they do without her she is a GREAT HELP and she listen AND CARE about the Residents here . I would refer a friend Thanks Sunny Lakes !!!!!

Recently moved to this place and close to my work place. Awesome property management service provided by Janice. She is always responsive to our concerns and act quickly. The maintenance guys are very courteous, friendly and always ready to fix any issue with our apartment. Lot of renovation going on around the community which is good sign that management (Bar Invest Group) is interested in the continuous upkeep of the property.
