Best management company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them!

Constantly transferred to an extension that was always busy. Left several messages. Is that a way to run a nusinrds?

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this terrible company and will be urging our board to fire them immediately. Do not waste your time and money. Absolutely incompetent. After being in real estate for over 40 years I can say not only is Sunrise Management a leech on our community their inability to make anything happen quickly will eventually lead to a decline in equity.

The service with Sunrise Management was excellent and very professional. They really helped me out big time. I can’t thank you enough! I will recommend your services to everyone I know.

Horrible service with this company. We hired them for our condominium! Big mistake! when you go as a resident to make a complain about any issue on the building they take note and let you know that in the next few weeks you are going to have response! THIS NEVER HAPPEN! When you go back to ask about the complaint their response is that their job is just to keep on file the complaints that if you need something else you need to talk with the board even though they are volunteers. If you want a company that can do their job CLEARLY this is not the management office that you are looking for.
