The base pay is ridiculous… Our water bill is no less than $112 a month and we live in a small apartment! I know people that live in houses with lower water bills… They don’t want to help you at all… They will give you a once a year extension and that’s it. Very poor customer service. Everyone has an attitude problem here.

Most utilities or any business that provides service, disconnect service, if your about $200, $300 behind, but oh no not Sunrise they wait till your at about $600 before they take action.

I can’t believe the price of my water bill! I was on vacation for 10 days and my bill was $150 for me and my 2 small children. It was usually $70 in hollywood. More than double!!!
