Very rude teller. Plus as of Sept 1 you CAN NOT deposit cash into another’s persons account that’s not your own. A BANK THAT DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH??? These banks are out of control!!

This bank is new. The staff is friendly, they listen to your concerns carefully and patiently work along with you to achieve a positive result in accordance with the bank’s rule and regulations. I ❤️ love SunTrust Bank! They are quick, efficient, reliable and much more. Go to any branch and see for yourself!

Just a heads up, they only have two account professionals here and im sure they’re working as fast and as best as they can but if you’re in a rush this isn’t your best choice until this new beautiful location is fully staffed.
