I came to the store just for transfer informations from one phone to the other
Vanessa and Joel assisted me!!!! What a surprise!! First time at T Mobile store they offered me a chair.
I’m 71!!!!
This is the best customer services I received from a T-
Mobile store ever!!!!

Joel was exceptional. He’s warm and inviting and as I watched him work and customers entering he acknowledges them. He has gone above and beyond as in my case he literally saved my life. I’m diabetic and had a diabetic episode. He was quick to use his own money to get me something sweet. He was excellent in getting my service transferred trouble free. He is a an asset to T-Mobile. Thank you Joel

Joel the “manager” broke my stylus then said he couldn’t do my jump upgrade because stylus was broken. Not coming back to this store to say the least.

Update:
I went to an actual corporate T-Mobile and they took my phone no problem WITHOUT the stylus. Save yourself the trouble and go to a corporate owned T-Mobile, where they actually follow guidelines.

The owners are Very polite, knowledgeable and it feels more of a family style store than commercial owned. In Reply to the lady review with the one star saying not to go there. I was actually there her story is False…She was actually attempting to scam the store.
