I dont feel like Bilal is very good at explaining things, he couldve talked me into switching companies if he wouldve explained how I would get the discounts, instead another lady helped me and answered my questions. I am sure he is very knowledgeable, however not the most persuasive sales person.

Also I want to add that the manager at metro pcs explained to me how things work at t mobile better than bilal did.

Bilal was very helpful. Great with product knowledge. As well service options. Will always shop at this store for all my wireless service needs.
