Tavakkoli Hassan DO

Today was my first visit seeing Dr. T. I of course had to fill our a ton of paperwork, but after that was completed was called back in 10 minutes or so (probably about 2-3 minutes past my appointment time). After the initial consultation they dilated my eyes, and I wanted less than 10 minutes more before I met Dr. T. My initial impression was the he was cold, but after a few minutes I realized it was just that he is a quiet person. Overall I was thrilled with him, he made me feel welcome, and by the end of the appointment he was wishing me the best. I was surprised, especially with the reviews I see below. While I cannot say that I had a similar experience as they did I can say that from the time I got there, to the time I left (less than an hour) the parking lot went from two vehicle, to full. My appointment was for early in the morning, and it seemed to pay off for me.

My first and last visit. Unfortunately, I never met the Dr. He may be great but the office was crowded with people complaining about their wait time. After waiting an hour, I approached the receptionist asking about time and was told it would be a few minutes. My name was called but they took someone else back. I was told that was a mistake and I’d be taken right back. A half hour later I told them I wanted my co pay back and I left. She apologized but if this is the norm I don’t have to deal, I’m going elsewhere.

Had a 9:30 appointment this morning. I walked in early at 9:20 and had paperwork filled out by 9:30. I confirmed the appointment time with the receptionist as there were 20 people in the lobby. She confirmed 9:30 and told me that they will take me back shortly. At 10:10 I went back to the receptionist and told her to cancel my appointment as they are very inconsiderate for my time. She tried to reschedule, but I am done with this office. The sad thing is I had laser surgery performed here 15 years ago and I was going back because as I respected the doctor.
