Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Seriously what is wrong with the hiring managers? How are they keeping such a terrible staff on tax payer dime? May be its the hiring staff that needs to be replaced…very bad!

The woman that was at the front counter was so jealous that I had purchased a mobile crane and I was going into business for myself that she redefined here job and refused to issue me a tag for my crane even though I had a valid Bill of Sale, and having all the legal paper work to validate the crane and also having paperwork from customs in Canada showing that the crane legally crossed the border. The woman name was Dolores and she was acting very belligerent towards me and was refusing to do her job.
