I don’t typically write reviews, but I feel my recent experience is deserving of one.
I have been living in a property managed by TD Sunshine for some time now, and always received less than adequate attention to my maintenance needs. I recently had my recurring appliance issue and was pleasantly surprised with my interaction. I spoke with a girl who identified herself as the property manager assistant, Vanessa. Vanessa was attentive to my problem and reassured me that it would be a quick resolution. I’ve heard it all before, so my expectations were low. Vanessa was efficient and maintained an open communication line with me every step of the way. It was refreshing since my previous interactions had not been so smooth. Now, I only speak with her with any questions or issues.

TD Sunshine is a great company, we have been working with Vanessa for a few months now. She is very on top of the work orders and making sure her tenants are well taken care of quickly should any issues arise. The rest of the staff that we have had a pleasure to meet is great as well. TD Sunshine will always be the company we recommend to anyone needing assistance with Property management.
