Moving in was stress and hassle free because of Elvira, she was phenomenal! Even during this Covid situation she helped us out and worked with us through it all! Thank you!
The place is beautiful, pool is like a vacation resort, gym has everything you need. I can’t be happier with the outcome and decision about moving to the avenues!

I was not looking forward to having to move during a global pandemic, but Elvira Cotterill made the entire experience so easy and stress-free for me! From the time she showed me the property, through my move-in, and even as a new tenant she is still always-on call if I have any questions. So far I’m absolutely loving living at The Avenue, it checks all my boxes and I highly recommend to anyone looking in the Davie area. Thanks again, Elvira!!!! 🙂

We honestly have no complaints. The avenues is beautiful and our transition into our apartment has been very smooth, we love our new place. Thank you Elvira for all the help, advice and guidance! She is very friendly and hospitable. We could not have done this without her! ☺️

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. The current team in charge has been great! Love the events that they put on. The amenities are great, and the cleaning/maintenance crew work hard to keep this place looking nice and running.

Today makes 1 week since I’ve moved in and it has been very “eventful”. I fell in love on the tour of the property but once moving in the smoke and mirrors have faded. For starters, I made it very clear before signing the lease that I have two cars and would need two parking decals. I am renting a 2/2 so logistically my unit yields two parking spaces anyways! Now they are giving me the run around and saying I need to use guest parking. That wouldn’t be a problem, however guest may only park 14 days out of the month. So the other 16+ days I am subjected to getting my car booted or towed! Not to mention if I want my boyfriend to spend the night or family or friends to visit. Next! They moved me into a unit with the AC doesn’t work so for my first 5 days I had no AC(in Miami weather). It wasn’t until Wednesday that an outside vendor was contacted to fix my ac. Maintenance had to come in 3 different occasions to fix holes in the wall, attempt to fix that same AC, and address other damage in the unit( will attach photos). I will keep updating my review as time passes.
