This complex continues to get worse each year. The landscaping is horrible in the back of the complex by Buildings 19 and 20. No mulch, and lots of bare dirt that runs off onto the sidewalks and streets when it rains…not fun! The sprinkler system waters the street and cars, and not the grass! Also, the grass is dying in places because it hasn’t been taken care of in years and their are a ton of weeds. Needs to be landscaped, fertilized and sprayed for weeds and bugs, and it would be nice. Really a shame! This has been mentioned numerous times, and they always say they will look into it, but it continues to get worse week by week and nothing ever get done.
Also…to many ducks that are feed by residents! Not good! Additionally, we pay for a gated community, but the entrance gate is broken the majority of the time we have lived here, and anyone can drive in at anytime, day or night!

I moved in last month and since the beginning the process was smooth. We worked with Katherine Garcia and since the beginning she showed us her willingness to help. I feel great in the complex…So far Residents are nice and the staff as well.

Sataria Williams is the worst leasing consultant. She has lied about everything thus far. No one has reached out about my concerns. 60 days ago I was in the office renewing my lease…. fast forward my renewal was rejected and I’m being forced to pay two months’ rent because short notice even though I was rejected on short notice (60 days later). Property managers have not reached out and I have 11 days before moving out. I would not recommend this place. Also, my last month’s rent is not prorated and I have emailed TWICE about it.

I loved my place there the only downside was my brand new car was damaged by the lawn service. I reported to the office and the office took pictures. I’m taking it was a reoccurring thing in the community. I was told to get a police report and bring it back. I did all I was told to do and every time I tried to follow up with the office nothing. I’ve even sent emails and no response. Other than that I loved the place. Oh the tenants and their visitors are too impatient to let people go on their turn and kept breaking the gate. That’s the point of a gated community, it’s a waste of time and money to keep fixing the gate for it to be broken 10 minutes literally later. Stop being so inconsiderate of those that enjoy a gated community and the gate operates properly.

I dealt with Amanda to find my apartment and she was great to work with. She always responded quickly even on her days off. She made the process smooth and easy. I love this entire complex too. It is beautiful and I can see myself staying for a very long time.
