This is the worst experience ever. I got hit by one of their clients and now a month later they are giving me the run around on getting my vehicle fixed. The adjuster Crystal Rayes has done nothing with handling my claim and your agent Maggie is absoulety disgusting and has no custimer service skills. When ppl are saying this business is a fraud I can see why.

My name is Gary. My wife’s car was hit by a “Responsive Insured” on May 25. I was concerned about The 2 star reviews. But Marla Suarez handled my claim professionally and I already have the check in my hand. I am a member of Geico insurance. My claim was # 7630 Thanks. You surprised me.

I’ve been having an issue as of recent that I am attempting to fix now, they are canceling my policy because they, THE INSURANCE COMPANY, doesn’t have record of my policy and didn’t send it to underwriting. I am absolutely LIVID espec with the inconvenience of the pandemic or else I’d be there giving them a piece of my mind. They already took borderline $500 from me to activate my policy and the first month paid. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism. I will be having a conversation with their “employees” in hopes I can fix this. If not, you best believe you will be sued.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. A RIP OFF. I quoted a insurance with responsive and they gave me a good price for a vehicle i was looking to purchase. First i got a mail saying that my insurance went up $200 dollars and second i did not purchase the vehicle . I tried to cancel my insurance and get my refund. It took me 5 days to get a answer that they would not give me my money back .I feel harrased and ripped off by this SCAM company. My advise to consumer is to stay away from this stealers of money

I had a horrible experience with a third-party company that referred me to responsive auto insurance. I notified the company and they had no clue what to do to help so I notified responsive insurance directly and the team work to help me find a solution. I’m very satisfied with Ms.Genia with the attentiveness and for fixing my issues professionally. Thank you.
