Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Everything started out well when I ordered new tires to be installed. The manager Philip was helpful and called a few days later when the tires came in. When I dropped the car Philip asked if I wanted the alignment done too. I confirmed that an alignment check was included in the installation fee, and I asked him to call me with the results and I would decide then if I wanted to go ahead with the alignment service. I didn’t receive a call from him, and when I called to check on the status, Philip informed me that the alignment had “been taken care of”. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was charged for the alignment and Philip claimed that I approved of the service when I dropped off the car. I was furious because I never agreed to it. Aside from that he couldn’t produce the report for the alignment check so I don’t even know if he’s telling the truth. He said he had me on camera agreeing to the alignment and I asked him to play if for me, but then he said that only the corporate office has access to the tapes. He was not willing to consider that his recollection of the chain of events might be wrong, and the I the customer might be right.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had. Dropped my vehicle at 8:30 am and while I was waiting for my ride back the mechanic and manager were talking about which shows they recommended watching on Netflix meanwhile no one was looking into my problem… there was another mechanic in the shop who’s seems the be cleaning up their shop but no one really working here.It was over 6 hours to finally take a look at my truck in which they tried to rip off $1400 of work. I did not want to proceed with this and still charged me $145 to just put a computer to give the codes for the diagnostic.. this used to be my favorite shop where I had brought all company trucks and various vehicles throughout the years but since the change of personal the quality and costumer service just went out the window. You are just a number to them now… don’t recommended stay away…

Prompt service and excellent communication. Philip the sales manager is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always provides me with the best customer experience. I have been his customer for over 5 years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars.

Got my tires done today here at tire choice what a pleasant surprise. Pete helped me at the counter, got me the best price and there was no hidden fees or tricks. I know for girls it’s always scary going to a tire place alone but I trust them. Awesome place!! I will be back!

I went there tonight, on short notice, as my tires had arrived. I had called to make sure they could see me, and sure enough they were able to get it done. I can’t begin to explain how much of a professional, friendly location this is. I only chose this place when purchasing my tires online based on the reviews. While some places might pay for reviews, I can say that this place earns them. Overall I was impressed how the manager handled my truck, and explained how things were going every step of the way. The techs were knowledgeable, and took care of my new wheels and tires as if they were their own. I wish I could give more stars! If I was staying down there, this would be my go to place for everything I’d need. Give those boys a raise!
