Terrible customer service. They never get back to you about anything. You have to call a million times just to get an answer. If you get someone they put you on extended long hold times. I got hung up on trying to ask a question. Definitely would not recommend this office to anyone. Better off going to a damn clinic in another country. The doctor I saw was nice but the staff is horrible!
