Please be advised I needed to sell my mobile home as quick as possible. Thanks to Top Value Homes and their professional staff my mobile home was sold in 11 days. Agent Katy Solorzano professional selling skills had an approved buyer for me in 11 days. UNBELIEVEABLE !!!! We had a great experience working with Katy Solorzano of Top Value Homes. My mother passed away and Katy took care of everything regarding the sale of her mobile home. I would definitely recommend Katy to anyone looking to sell a mobile home.

Unprofessional! When she realizes she cant manipulate you she acts like a bitter child. Its business, not personal! You protect your assets, I protect mine. Disqusting.

I can’t express how much Summer did to help us sell our home. We had many obstacles and she GOT IT DONE!!! I truly believe the Lord used her to save us from a very bad situation we were about to get into with a previous realtor. She and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and work around the clock with open communication. If you are in the Market to sell or buy you have only one choice Top Value homes!!!! We originally purchased our manufactured home 13 years ago through Top Value Homes, and this was after two years of having the sales agent show us homes until we found a floor plan that we wanted. We took that floor plan into the office and asked if they could get us that home and we were told yes and within five months our home was ordered, built, delivered and setup. We were and still are very satisfied with company and the agents. Any time we had a question they were there with the answer. After 13 years we decided to sell our home and we used Top Value Homes to sell it. We had moved out of state so we left our home in their very capable hands and within two and a half months our home was sold. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a manufactured home.
