In a word, completely unprofessional. The receptionist spoke little English, gave me wrong information, blamed me for it, and then told me to “go find another doctor” when I badly needed an appointment. Terrible customer service and one of the worst offices I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t come here if you want a pleasant experience.
