I came here today to pick up a package that was sent to me but was surprised how disorganized it was here. The man at the counter has no social skills and has a disgusting attitude. I saw him talk down to customers. The manager needs to send him to the back and get someone who’s actually competent to be at the counter. FYI, Due to COVID-19, wait times are an hour if not more. Most of that time is spent outside of the store in line due to social distancing which is understandable. If you can go to another USPS post office, please do so. Reconsider using this branch.

Don’t go lauderhill store. Horrible customer service. I had changed my address 2 months ago still don’t get any mails. I keep coming here and they way carrier don’t send new address. I wanted to talk to supervisor, she /he don’t come out and talk to th clients. They do not care customer complaint at all!!(

My husband mistakenly brought a set of keys I needed to Californi . He send me the keys and a little card, there was a hole in the mail when it came. The set of keys were missing and only the card was left. I’ve been waiting for someone to pick at customer service for the last 47 mins and no answer! How can you lose peoples valuables!!!! And how can your customer service be so sloppy. I pray one day they shut the whole company down!

Worst post office I have ever been to. I have had issues on multiple occasions with this post office and in 40 years of my life I’ve never had issues with any other post office ever. I am actually writing this post because I will be making a formal complaint this time! I have a package with live animals being shipped that was never scanned in and has been sitting at the post office for a whole week. Tomorrow I get to find out if they are dead or not.

The staff is very professional and helpful. I needed support from courier and office to find lost mail and they were very kind and efficient. Excellent experience
