United Support Animals

This process was straight forward and convenient. The representative was so helpful and walked me through everything. I was shocked with how fast I received my leash and ID cards! My little chicken travels everywhere with me now and is identified so well with his support dog equipment. I would recommend them to everyone that need this service!!!

The provider they connected me with didn’t have a valid license number and the airline rejected the application. When I advised the United Support Animals (by email and phone call) that the airline had rejected the application they did not respond. I was left to deal with the therapist by myself to try and sort it out. The therapist provided me with two other license numbers which turned out to be for drug and alcohol accreditation (which is not the condition that was diagnosed)… Neither of those license numbers were accepted by the airline, and one of the licenses had expired. During whole process the airline was incredibly helpful and said all they needed was a valid license number. 5 days later United Support Animals finally contacted me and argued with me as to why the license number should have been accepted by the airline. Terrible stressful experience. The only positive thing I can say is that they gave me a refund.

We got everything on time as promised. At first we thought it couldn’t be right and I read these reviews and became concerned but then the doctor called and he was very professional and was clearly capable and knowledgeable in the evaluation process and hours later we received not only the prescription letter but also the digital ID’s. Im writing this review because this has been extremely helpful and I would reccomend this website!

They were super helpful informative and fast! I was in a rush to move and i got all my dogs paperwork the same day! Thank you so much for being reliable

FALSE ADVERTISINGT You will not receive your electronic documents within 24 hours. I had to call twice so they could email me my letter and ID cards, ID cards which I still have not received. Disgusting entitled customer service “manager” who treated me like he was doing me a favor and gave me such attitude. For the amount paid to receive in a time frame specified by the company this is completely unacceptable.
