Extremely rude cashier in rough times like these. I forgot my mask at home and tied my cloth jacket around my face like a bandana and was told very rudely I needed a mask. The sign at the door clearly says face covering which is what I was doing with my cloth jacket, I was protecting others and myself. I don’t appreciate the way i was treated, being a retail manager myself she needs to tought how to deal with the public, especially in these times.. or dont be an essential worker who causes problems.

Customer service excellent and great prices

Pharmacy gave me hard time (just a little) for not bringing my receipt for a refund. Heck, I knew they could find it quite easily by my credit card which took them 10 seconds. Took more time asking me why i didn’t have my receipt than finding it. Even so, love the Walgreens App, prescription status texts, and my 24- hour pharmacy. Also love the ability to fill a prescription anywhere in the country.
