This place is horrible! 90% of the patients have dementia and are not being taken care of. My elderly dad went in for rehabilitation after he broke a hip. After 36 hours, and no one coming in to evaluate him, i removed him. He, along with all the other patients there are left to lie in their own urine soaked sheets and feces. My sister is calling our insurer to ket them know what this place is like. If i could give zero stars i would.

My grandmother was a patient at West Broward and we have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. The admission personnel was incredibly nice, caring and a professional. The Social Worker assisted us on getting a nurse to come to the house.

This facility is small but nice. It is well maintained and clean. The medical staff are absolutely delightful, caring and receptive to the needs of the residents.
