West Regional Courthouse

This place is full of workers who should not be in customer service…Didnt have enough money to pay fine teller didnt even let me know that was a opition now in line again…2nd time hiere today 3rd trip…on the 7th they should of let me know…

I normally don’t like going to these places unless I have to, but I needed to renew my passport. I spoke to Darlene on the phone and she was very kind in explaining what I would need. She also worked with my when I got there. The wait time was short and she was very sweet. Thanks for the help!

I haven’t had much experience but going to the library and walking by but they do not clean the outside of of the building including the windows at all.all the money put into this building and they don’t care about how it looks.

I typically dread of going to the court house because of the waiting times. But I was pleasantly surprised. Perhaps it was the time of day and week (I went Thursday 8:30AM). I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. And the clerks were prompt and courteous.

Obviously if you are going you must be having some issues with the law . I have no complaints in regards of the reason I went there for , everything was dismissed on the spot .
The facility is well located and apparently has great security features . Restrooms and grounds are clean . The parking spaces can be confusing but make sure you read the signs you will be all right .
