Zeigler Family Eye Care

We move often so I’ve been through my fair share of eye doctors. I can truly say Dr. Zeigler and his staff are awesome! I’ve never had such attentive care from an eye doctor as I have here.

They removed debri from my eye that after going to another eye store twice couldn’t find.. needles to say the gained a loyal customer no more sleepless night for me.. he’s a real eye doctor not a guessing doctor..

I came here for an exam and my 1st pair of glasses. A few other military spouses suggested Zeigler so that is why I decided to come here. The exam was phenomenal however it has been 2 months that I have had these glasses and they are huge. They fall off my face.. not to mention I spent $360.00. No one at this office explained sizing to me.. I feel like maybe that should have been done. Instead I have had to teach myself proper sizing for eyeglasses and order from another company. Zeigler has no return policy and offered to “adjust” my glasses but I have an extremely narrow face and these glasses are “wide” which I never knew. Maybe part of the buying process for new customers should include more education and not just “Do you like these frames?”.. Some people, like myself, are genuinely uneducated about eye exams and glasses.

I also had to go out of my way for my prescription weeks later which I feel like they should have given me at my appt.

Tim is spot on the best optometrist around! The boys at Homestead AFB have relied on him for years and we have too! Anytime fighter pilots trust something or someone, I can too! Thanks Tim!

Very dedicated doctor and staff. They are caring and attentive. Your eyesight is so important, this is where you want to come for the best in quality eye care! Highly recommend.
