1. Since day 1 moving into my own house, Manager with attitude
2. Never Answering Phone
3. Never received statements about payments, lost track of payment. No answer, Bad customer service.
4. No technology, year 2020 and I still have to send checks.
5. No web portal to make payments.
6. Lack of communication to home owners.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. No customer service, call numerous times and no answer. You go to their office personally and no body there to talk to. Avoid and stay away from this company at all levels. I dont undesrtand how can a board will choose this company to manage their association.

I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years and have never experienced such a horrible Management Company. The woman there who never answers the phone and never gives you her name is highly unprofessional, uneducated, and has a nasty attitude. Zero customer service skills. Stay away from this company.

Unprofessional, disrespectful and outright rude!!!! This one woman property management company is definitely not who you want managing your property! You can never reach her in the office and when, if you’re lucky, she does answer the phone, she pretends to be someone else. I guess you get what you pay for!!!!
