Horrible customer service . I was given incorrect information . The company didn’t even bother to contact me for important information the emailed me a letter instead . They took my first month rent just so deny my application had me waiting weeks on an apartment I wasn’t approved to . Had me spending $100’s of dollars back to back they is non refundable I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE not even a dog to ever do business with this company they are the WORST . And they never answer the phone. And take weeks for approval but always need a payment for something . NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I recently contacted Melissa in Accounts Payable at Alliance for assistance with an outstanding invoice. She quickly returned my call and was very friendly and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and confirm the check was in the mail. It is always a pleasure to deal with Melissa and Alliance’s other awesome employees!
